~ A callus scraper includes the
blades.
~ A wooden toothpick dowel.
(not sure what the name is, that’s why there’s a picture)
~ A foot scrubber of your choice.
~ Use
your callus remover in the shower.
After your feet have soaked for a while, use the callus remover on your heels
OR
when you're out of the shower, place your foot over the toilet bowl.
WARNING: If you haven’t done this in a while or ever, you will be

how much 'goop' will come off your heals.
